Sheffield workshops

Barnabas in Schools will be visiting St Thomas school in Wincobank on Saturday 6 February, who have chosen Chip from Snail Tales to be their special guest.

Following the success of Chip's article on using puppets in church (click here), he will be opening the morning of children's ministry training at 9:30am by teaching basic puppetry techniques.

Chip will also be holding storytelling workshops until the end of the event at 1pm. Other workshops will also prove highly useful to anyone considering working with children as a professional or a volunteer, in church, school or elsewhere, such as a talk by Scripture Union's Sue Brown on "Helping kids who are hurting".
