Meet the new team member!

Snail Tales' Chief Story Snail, Amy Robinson, and her husband Tiffer Robinson are looking forward to meeting their first child in December.
In the meantime, the foetal Robinson - affectionately known as "Papadopaidi" - will accompany the proud mum-to-be onstage through her first storytelling theatre tour this summer.
The show, A Little Bird Told Me, contains many shining examples of Amy's creativity with her telling, her sewing skills, and her thoughtful insight. So Papadopaidi will be able to rest assured that his mum will read great bedtime stories, make the cosiest baby socks, and design the perfect school lunchbox.
The name Papadopaidi was suggested by Amy's sister Cecily, and is Greek for "child of a priest". Papadopaidi's dad-to-be, Tiffer, was ordained as a deacon for the county of Suffolk last Sunday 5th July, where he and Amy now live.
The Wisbech production of A Little Bird Told Me will by no means be Papadopaidi's stage premiere. Keen eyes will have spotted the bump during Snail Tales' performance on Cambridge Parker's Piece for the Children's Festival last Saturday.
The upcoming birth will mean a few changes to the Snail Tales team. Amy won't be performing for a while as of late September, and Chip will be promoted to Chief Story Snail. There are still plenty of storytelling opportunities to be had - visit Book some storytelling to see the great programmes on offer, including a new year of Little Birds (more details coming soon)!
